Some of our resources are offered at no charge. This is made possible by means of Southern Baptists’ giving through the Cooperative Program. Shipping is charged on some products based on weight. Why? So we can be better stewards of the funds donated to us. This allows us to put more of our current resources towards our missionaries serving overseas.

Unused products, in sellable condition, can be returned within 6 months of purchase. Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer. Credits will be issued for the cost of the product upon receipt by the IMB; shipping and handling costs will be excluded from credits. Credits will not be issued if product is in poor condition.

Placing an Order:
So that we are able to quickly process your order, information that is required to complete your order will be marked with an (*). Orders that do not contain valid information cannot be processed. Unprocessed orders with credit card charges will be credited at the time of cancellation. We do not share this information with any third parties, with the exception of your credit card company.
Order Confirmation:
When your order is completed, please print a copy of the confirmation page for your records. You can also enter a valid email address to receive an email confirming your order.
Payment and Security:
We currently accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express credit cards. Links are available on the payment screen to show what payment information is needed to complete your order.

Payment by Check:
If you prefer to pay by check, enter the order as if paying by credit card. Print the page when the page appears summarizing your order and asking for shipping information. Note the shipping option needed for the order. Please make out the check, including the shipping cost, to the International Mission Board. For immediate processing of your order, please double check that the shipping cost is included in the amount of the check and the shipping information is provided.

Quantity Discounts:
We are glad to offer quantity discounts on most cost items. To view any available discounts, click on the title of the product. Details about the product will be displayed. Look under the regular price of the item to see what discounts may apply. These discounts will be calculated automatically for you.
Shipping & Handling Options:
Shipping from our online catalog is available to all states and territories of the U.S. and Canada. We provide several shipping options through UPS, Fed Ex and the United States Postal Service. Orders with a P.O. Box can only be sent via the United States Postal Service. Shipping and handling costs are based on the weight of your total order. Orders placed after 3pm will be filled the following business day.
Sales Tax:
A Virginia state sales tax of 5% will be applied to all orders that are shipped to Virginia locations in accordance with Virginia state tax laws. Tax will not be applied to shipping charges or donations.
