Tom Julien is a graduate of Bob Jones University (B.A.) and Grace Theological Seminary (M. Div., D.D.).  Tom and his wife Doris served as missionaries in France for 28 years, and Julien was Executive Director of Grace Brethren International Missions until 2000.  He is currently involved in leadership training.
