The International Mission Board encourages Southern Baptists to give through the Cooperative Program and the Lottie Moon Christmas Offering for international missions through their local churches. We do, however, offer online giving options to individuals to support strategic priority needs. We also present information about making planned gifts.

Pacific Rim Challenge:
Strategic Priority Needs

Bible Projects
 We would like to make Contectualized Bibles readily available for new believers and others who are interested in reading the Scriptures. These funds would assist in the translation, printing and distribution of the Word of God. 77203-463-002-2009

ESL Training
 A project designed to provide access to Chinese teachers of English by sponsoring professional seminars to enhance the participants? abilities to teach. This will create natural opportunities for sharing of the Gospel and new work through group development. 77202-240-025-2008

Platform Development
 Facilitators are entering fanatical areas in need legitimate platforms for being present in northern coastal areas. Building such platforms and developing on-going strategies requires funding, as facilitators seek to help team members start platforms that enable them to meet people and become self-supporting. Facilitators will pay-back the money in monthly installments. 77203-260-004-2008

Radio & Media
 This Muslim UPG in Southeast Asia has little to no access to the gospel. Radio and media are currently the only way to gain access to a large number of the people from this UPG. This project will provide salary for media and radio personnel, development of radio programs and the purchase of evangelistic materials including Bibles. 77203-243-026-2008

Training for Nationals
 These funds would assist in covering expenses invovled in training company personnel and their national parthers in prayer, evangelism, discipleship, leadership training, church planting.
